Defne Paydak was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2024 and joined the AKT Law Firm team in 2025.
Defne has experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, commercial law and contract law. She provides general legal advisory services to domestic and foreign companies operating in various sectors such as international trade, petrochemical industry, shipping, and electric motor manufacturing, and provides support for dispute resolution services in such practice areas.
